Prima facie evidence
02/23/18 3:29 AM

I can prove every element in my causes of actions with documentary evidence....can I file it with the court if the other side has already been given the same evidence in a previous lawsuit? The Other dude withheld exculpatory evidence in the last case...so confused regarding whether I can attach it all to the complaint....

You MUST use the discovery tools in my course and use the class on compelling evidence. Otherwise, you will likely lose.
I want to help you, but you cannot win if you just plan to "turn in the documents" you have, because that is NOT how one wins in court. Your documents are not "admissible" until they are "admitted", and that means using what I teach in my class on discovering evidence and compelling evidence.
