Deprivation of rights
11/13/22 7:46 PM

Hello. In 2017, i was at my primary residence when 4 officers pull up. One of them was a state trooper. The trooper illegally searched me and my vehicles without consent or a warrant. He arrested me. While in custody, in the cop car, I got shot twice in my chest. I ended up serving 30 months in a Kentucky state prison. I got out September 2019, and find out one of the officers had filed a civil suit against me 6 months prior. Can I counter-sue for deprivation of rights? I was planning on filing a motion tomorrow to strike everything entered before October 5th 2019, because that’s when I was first properly served. Also, I have the officers deposition; he says they came to my house off of hearsay. I have the prelim on dvd from 2017, KSP says the officer did not get injured and it was a rumor. I have 9 pages of KSP evidence that has “DESTROYED” stamped on every page.
