I recently found a large corporation perpetrating warranty fraud.
The company was fixing broken condenser units for home HVAC units...
air conditioning / heating systems and selling them as new condensers along with issuing new warranties as they were new units.
The company never denied the claims as facts and evidence were clear and not disputed by the company.
Has anybody experienced this?
