More Public Involvement

Maybe it would help if publicity and more direct help and coaching were given to litigants (pro se or represented)with interesting cases that a lot of people could relate to easily. Some cases with facts and circumstances related to issues that affect a broad range of the "staple issues" of the citizens of the country (the genuine tax payers). Small business issues and family and family feud issues with multiple counts and maybe even interesting money amounts involved.

Maybe their should be cameras, recordings, live web casts to selected interested parties, that can't attend, of the litigants possibly with commentary available somewhere on the procedural rules and goings on.

Maybe that would give a new definition of reality tv.

Great idea David,

Actually some jurisdictions have done just that. Florida is one state that video tapes court cases that you can watch.

You may want to check several other states. I don't thing you can search on types of cases.
