My de nova circuit court appeal ( from JDR ) first appearance keeps getting continued due to CV. How do get the court to get on with it!

supermarkets are open as well as all stores in the neighborhood of the court.

Can anyone share exactly they filed a motion?

I'm not easily seeing the class that shows this. We've prepared 2 motions to dismiss, and need to get into mail tonight.

just have to notarize them or get proof of deliver i would just file them with the clerk
