Case law and constitutional intention (protecting the people from draconian laws) require that juries be fully informed ( they can decide the LAW AND FACTS ). This is without question. The big question is should juries be informed about their rights ? There is no question that our current government has THOUSANDS of draconian laws (over 10,000 felony laws on the books).
