Response to Affidavits / style question
01/22/22 11:56 AM

The Respondents have filed several affidavits as separate docks and they refer to them in their motions. I would assume that a separate document "objection to the affidavits..." describing the shortfalls and requesting the court not to accept these same affidavits as evidence, would be the best way to handle the issue.

THAT IS EMPHATICALLY NOT TRUE ! ! !

Unless there is a pre-existing obligation to reply to an affidavit, failure to reply does absolutely NOTHING ... and those who tell you otherwise are wrong.

LAWSUITS MUST BE RESPONDED TO ... not affidavits or notices or letters or demands or anything else outside a lawsuit !

Doctor1 what is the point of affidavits entered in to the case file purpose, if not to state a fact or enter a fact in to the record ?
