Hi everybody this would be the second time that I've come across a situation such as this in my state of Florida. My friend his grandmother passed away. And he was the live in caretaker for the previous 17 years. His aunt and daughter to the deceased served him with an unlawful detainer had him evicted and then sold the house. This "aunt" told him that she would take care of him once the house sold. Now it seems that she is going to keep the proceeds and cut him out. Has anyone else dealt with this situation and if so could you give me an idea of where to focus my research?
